Surprising game. The poor performer for manly is dce. The first 20 min was actually ok. Then that parka error and the dce dumb kick screwed up the early promise.

Boyle going ok. Jake is running more than passing which is good.

crap effort by Garrick for the teddy try.

The players I thought would be the weak links aren’t, it is the halfback who needs to put his hand up.

He’s worrying about his next contract. It’s only three years away.😉

Risky play dce with the kick, but if the refs had a look we should of had the repeat set. I know they want to speed the game but surely a quick look was warranted.

The only player I am proud of is Foz. Aloiai did ok, Saab had a mixed bag but even when he gets beaten in defence he has the speed to scramble and make the tackle. The edge of Jetski, Parker and Garrick are absolutely embarrassing us. Get Davey and Funa on for Jetski and Garrick.

We are really competitive for 5 minutes, then fold for the next 5, then competitive, then fold etc. I just don’t get it.

With the ball in hand, Foz went well. Can't really say the same for his defense though right now. He's missed a few tackles.

Easts are good. We have been as bad as we could be. Early tackle turnovers when on attack. And dce omg he has been atrocious! Fox looks good but starting to blow. Thought Aloai and Jack were good early. It’s hot as f$&@ get bloody davey out there. Paseka is blowing.

Move Walker to centre, Funa full back, Foran hooker and Schuster to start at 5/8, Davey to start instead of JetSki.
The players that are there right now, only about 2 or 3 would put fear in opposition teams - rest would not.
It’s the same **** different season.

Des should drop DCE and play Foran at 7 and Schuster in the 6. Problem solved ! I can't believe how bad dce has been. Terrible it looks like he is on debut and ****ting himself

I wouldn't mind seeing that. I am like you, I rate Foz very highly when fit (and above DCE).

But I don't actually think the issue is selections. It's simply piss poor attitude because I have seen all of these guys defend effectively before.
