He was great for Fiji I thought.Fiji rugby follower here.
Navale played big minutes against PNG last year and also ran down Derby (yes a winger)

Any brave de-riders still want to die on the no Navale hill?
Should have been playing months ago.
Agree. I have been saying that for ages.
He is a good whole hearted player.
His size suits the modern day game with the six agains and he has the engine to match.Should be our starting no. 13 next year. My only concern with him is he lacks size. Has all the skills and definitely an upgrade on most of our pack, just wish he was slightly bigger. Beggars can't be wishers though.
If he used a walking stick he would have made his debut years ago.Well, he has speed, youth ,etc.....pretty much the opposite of what we look for.
Hasn't got the motor apparently. Why'd it Jake getting knocked out for him to get in the team? Dude has been a machine and constantly finds his front, makes good impact with Bullemor off the bench.
I've heard this but it's entirely based off a post game interview after his debut where he said he was gassed after 10 minutes, I don't know if it's right or wrong but I know that's where it came from.Hasn't got the motor apparently.
McInnes and Murray lack size.. but that’s the issue for navale.. right.Should be our starting no. 13 next year. My only concern with him is he lacks size. Has all the skills and definitely an upgrade on most of our pack, just wish he was slightly bigger. Beggars can't be wishers though.
I agree with you. He should have been playing much earlier.I've heard this but it's entirely based off a post game interview after his debut where he said he was gassed after 10 minutes, I don't know if it's right or wrong but I know that's where it came from.
Even if that's the case why did they continue wasting him in cup? He already leads some impressive statistics for the competition, ain't gonna get any fitter playing ressies IMO.
In saying all that Seibold was the coach who brought a lot of the current Broncos pack through, and Bully, so maybe I'll trust his management against my better judgement from the longue - for now.
That's why we didn't try to keep Jazz, even though he's been good for us this year.Agree that he should get first go at lock next year.
Another pre-season should only further his case.
Des also held Haumole back far too long. That's why we didn't try to keep Jazz, even though he's been good for us this year.
Still got Jake as well as Brown next year, and while those 2 might come and go, I expect Caleb to be a certainty in our 17 each and every week. With increasing minutes.
I actually thought he'd be in our NRL side a bit earlier this year, but the coaches know better than I about what's good for the development of a young forward like him. (I recall another smallish forward who was held back by Des for a few years, before quickly becoming a rep player and premiership winner when Des finally deemed him ready (Gifty)
