Yep, and assuming Sips and Aloiai start, I'd say Lawton, Bully, Brown, Navale - a pretty strong bench.

Good point. I was thinking of him at 12, but then where does that leave Burbo. Bottom line is either of them on the bench and sadly Navale misses out.

He added good enthusiasm but the 10 m was huge, the game was open, souths defence didnt swamp us, everyone was running freely

He did better than others but the metres were there mainly, but didnt have to bash the door down

Probably still see Navale more as a long term 13 and can hopefully even show more improvement long term with Manly.
Think that Burbo has generally gone quite well this year apart from his versatility value .
Still good pace once in the open which can not be underestimated , probably will always have some good hole running ability and has certainly knuckled down quite well in the main in the grinding ruck play requirement .
Probably still need a bit more depth on the edges and Parker still not getting closer to a i st grade call up for whatever reason .
Don"t know much about this Max Hayley ? in the back row for Blacktown but who has apparently been going O K there in recent times

He is very valuable depth that's for sure. His time will come around again soon. If he backs it up again in his next outing he will likely snag a permanent bench spot.

Limited time on the field today, but I think he will develop into the smaller fast forward we are lacking. He looks short of first grade level fitness, which hopefully he can work on. A couple of times today he managed to find the ground quickly and get a fast play the ball. Promising.

Made two really good carry's, one skitling 3 Knights forwards. Impressive 2nd outing for Navale, will only get better with every game he plays.
