Buying tickets with membership discount

Hi All, does anyone know how to purchase tickets to a home game and applying your membership discount? I am wanting to buy some tickets to the Sharks home game for my nephews. I don’t know if I can make the game or not so do not want to dip into the tickets within my membership package.

I had the same trouble and had to speak with the membership office. They were very briliant. Veyr helpful and accommodating and sorted my extra tickets. They did say it was an issue with Ticketek and they were working on rectifying the issue.

I was able to purchase them on the weekend.

I exchanged my membership tickets for this Saturday’s game v the Cows. All good, I am now up to the part of trying to add them to my Apple wallet but cannot see this option on the screen (logged in via my phone).

Any suggestions?

You need to log on to your account manager and go to "My Events". Then view event details for the game and it should show your tickets for the game. Open up the ticket and then you should be able to save to your wallet.

Thanks Normie it brings up the bar code but not the Apple
Wallet link (my son exchanged his ticket and he got both the bar code and the Apple wallet link).

As long as I have the bar code will be fine for Saturday. Cheers.
