Don't doubt you're right on the rules HM. You seem to be the forum guru for these type of issues.

And there seems to be some flexibility given by the NRL for special circumstances. Like injuries, which we've had plenty of and, I suspect, players being moved on. Otherwise Liam would not have been OK'd to play. Reading between the lines, I'm guessing TRed was moved on to allow for Liam. And that these two being moved on may be part of some salary cap negotiation with the NRL to allow for others to play.
