The Albanian principals can reminisce with ZtH over the good old days when Albanian communist insurgents were upsetting the democratic apple cart in Greece, circa 1947. So much so that President Truman sent General James Van Fleet (later Commanding General, 8th United States Army - based on Korea, 1951-53) Greece to oversee their counter-insurgency efforts.
So endeth the Cold War history lesson.

The good thing is, I can see this money going to good use, helping to subsidise the ground's maintenance and hopefully some minor (and maybe not so minor) improvements here and there.
