We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

ordinarily I'd agree with that, but we are talking warringah council here. They destroyed dy in the 60s and 70s with high rise. Caused pittwater to split off due to development at Mona vale, and Brookie is light industrial, so would be an ok candidate for a few towers in my view. May end up being 12 storeys of course

Tend to agree. Although the approval process will not be the Council's to make. It will sit with the Joint Regional Planning Panel.
