noticed last weekend that luke covell made an 11 week come back will a major knee problem with that new operation i wonder if brett could have tried the same op and come back that in the season surely it would have been worth a shot .

I would suggest you get in touch with the people you are hearing this from, and get them in touch with Brett to inform him this is the case. From the conversations many people had with him a couple of weeks back on the Gold Coast he certainly hasn't been informed that he is finished
