Would have been easy for the dogs to axe ciraldo, but instead the players have been held to account, moved on if they dont fit the vision statement and they stuck with ciraldo.
Most teams blame the coach. Well played doggies.

I would love that. That was the best looking team performance all year. The line speed and flow in attack matched across the team.

I have given SuperCoach Ciraldo a lot of crap (and enjoyed every bit of it because I love to see the dogs fail) but I think after 2,1/2 seasons he is building something strong.

Can someone explain something to me? Am I just completely biased or something, because this doesn't make any sense to me:

1. Josh Aloiai gets suspended TWO weeks for barely touching a kickers foot. That, on top of a penalty, losing the game and being sent off.

2. Barely a few weeks later Harry Grant gets completely let off for the same action by the NRL, when they appeal.

3. Siafiti head butts someone last night, and gets a 3 grand fine?

Is it just me, or does something not seem right here ?

Whilst I agree with your sentiment.

Josh A was not sent off.
Harry Grant was sin binned at the time.

And just to add to the confusion, I've just seen young Marshcke from the Dragons absolutely belted whilst kicking the ball in the first half.....and nothing.

The Dolphins have ****ed up big time whoever made the decision to limit Bennett to finish up this season should get the bullet.
Not only have they destroyed their season (no wins since bennett signs with souths) they have also undermined their success long term.

Bennett wanted to continue coaching he would have concreted their success now he is leaving and players appear to be going also.

People say Woolf is a good coach well he will need to be a great coach as all coaches after Bennett have failed and if he fail it will derail that club.

I saw Woolf laughing at the Manly box during that ‘Seibold Special’ in Brisbane a few weeks ago.

Golden Point is unfair on the losing team. The whole emphasis of RL is to score tries, not field goals yet this is the intention of teams when it reaches GP. And the way rules are interpreted these days makes the result a real lottery.
I still can't understand what happened in the 'Fins V Canberra match, and the commentators had no definitive understanding. Somehow two field goals were disallowed, and the winning one was touched in flight.
I'm confused. But it's just another match decided by a rubbery set of rules.
