5/8 options,is it necessary

I'd like to see gutherson put in to 5/8. Either that or let Lyon play 5/8 and put hiku in to centre for him. Gutho can play wing and Tom Turbo can go back to the under 20s to keep developing at fullback. We've got Korisou next year as well who can play 5/8 so he could be a third ball player or kicker from hooker? Either way im glad this is a dilemma. It means we have options which is better than we have had in a while

Given that we have signed Korisou is it too outlandish to think that one of our other two hookers from this year could be converted to 5/8?

Regardless of whether we want to play Lyon at 5/8 or Gutherson or Mateo/Hiku/Buhrer/Symonds/Korisau we still need to sign a playmaker unless we think that Travers or Pearsell will be ready to contribute next season which i do not think they will

The club have shown there hand in not believing in JLJ and Rudolph are not up to it so at the very least we need a competent half for depth

Personally i am still and advocate of Ashley Taylor, hopefully we can nab him and give him a shot at the six with himself and Lyon training there in the off season

Otherwise i'd still be happy taking a punt on Cornish

Sign them, then we figure out where Lyon plays and who of Hiku/Gutherson/Trbojevic and the new signing make the 17
