Sometimes overlook how big a unit Keppie is and taking note of these recent photos . If only he can get that controlled type aggression and low mistake type footy into his game regularly . Weekes looks in great shape , surely can find a place for him somewhere in the game day side if he can manage to get his game to a slightly better level and to get him on a longer contract . Harper on the right in one photo looks a bit underdone , could just be slightly baggy shorts but looks not as robust as last season . Most look in good nick and really have to be to compete at that higher level

Whilst we have a few guns we also have a lot of “ could be but not there yet “ type players.

We haven’t bought , or been able to buy , or can’t afford to buy , any notable players SO the ones we have are really going to have to step up a gear for us to do better than we did this year.

Sand Drills are a brutal work out and a great way to build mental and physical resilience
