Zac Saddler a Back-rower Released from the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs lined up for our Jersey Flegg side today on the bench, could be a handy pickup?

We have also picked up Billy Stapleton a second rower from the Tigers for our Flegg side.Saddler is actually a prop I think, not a second rower,he was in the Dogs top 30 and supposedly asked for a release to get more opportunities elsewhere.Sort of makes you think he would have to maybe be on a development contract and be available after June 30?

The Titans have signed Gold Coast junior and current Brisbane Broncos and Souths Logan Magpies halfback Tanah Boyd effective immediately.
Boyd, a former Queensland Under-18 and Under-16 representative has signed until the end of 2021 and will be included in the club’s 30-man NRL squad.

“It is a great opportunity for me, and I am really looking forward to getting started,” Boyd said.

Matty Wright signs up for UK Super league...

WRIGHT HEADS TO ENGLAND

Remember Matthew Wright?

The former Cronulla, North Queensland and Manly utility has been plying his trade with Central Queensland Capras in the Intrust Super Cup this season, but has signed an immediate deal with Newcastle Thunder.

The former Samoan international will join the Thunder for the remainder of the 2019 season.

Thunder coach Simon Finnigan said: “Matthew is going to add strike and competition to our outside backs. He is an experienced player who will fit in very well into our group.”

Watch for the Eels to make a play for Manly's Api Koroisau.

Despite being contracted until the end of 2021, Koroisau is under pressure to hold down the Sea Eagles no.9 jumper from Manase Fainu.

The Eels are looking at Koroisau as a potential back-up to Reed Mahoney and impact from the bench

Continues Arthurs obsession with all things Manly
