We were mucking around with this at lunch today and the only difference between mine was Vaughn for Graham.
So I have to say it's the best team we can come up with. Almost...
Or I'd look like an idiot !!

Surely this is pearces last chance.. Guy has proven time and time again that hes not origin standard... Happy that jake gets his shot, but no idea why vaughan isnt in the team, best prop nsw has by a fair margin in 2017...

I think qld will get the job done, their 6-1 absolutely kills nsw going off 2017 form..

Surprised Hayne got picked after being owned by Walker. Morris was fortunate to get picked and I believe Jake should have started. Otherwise good squad provided Dale uses all 17 sensibly. He can't afford to sit anybody on the bench for 75 mins

What a **** team. Jake should pull out.

Peats and hayne couldn't get their team going at all. Barely 48 hours ago they showed that they are not up to it.

Anyway. Good for manly.

Yeah. I thought Vaughn would get the nod.At least they flicked Tamou.
Can't believe he was even in contention.
Originally I had hayne at fullback and bird in the centre but because I thought bird would end up on the bench I changed it up.
I have zero confidence in Teddy's defence.
Especially at this level.

1. Tedesco
2. Ferguson
3. Walker
4. Dugan
5. Hayne

looks much better.

They got the halves right

6. Maloney
7. Pearce

8. Woods
9. Peats
10.Fafita

That's a good front row and happy that Robbie was overlooked.

11. Frizell
12. Cordner
13. Jake T

Much better backrow

14. Vaughan
15. Graham
16. Klemmer
17. Bird

A much better bench.

With this side I'm afraid it's QLD by how much!!

Their backs are far superior, their forwards , maybe about the same.

How Vaughn missed out is beyond me and whilst Hayne has been a known performer how ( especially after Saturday) he gets picked at centre is mystifying to say the least.
