I can imagine there would be some new signings and cuts during trials, probably some penrith boys will come over, the older players will be going into cup and some of the good players in sg ball will be coming up

There was an article about a conversation with Tom Wright a month ago, I'll try and find it but he mentioned that Barrett wants him to start in under 20s instead of in NSW Cup so he can strike up a combo partnership with Tom Trbojevic, so I think Barrett and Randell are planning to let Tom develop more (as scary as that is)

That's interesting - I didn't see that. Suggests that Korisou or Parcell will wear the 6 then.

This is not the article but it's the closest I could find, Tom Wright implies that Barrett has told him to work with T.Turbo to form a combination without actually saying it.

I think Parcell is the most obvious choice at this stage, with Lyon a close 2nd.

Depends on plans for Tommy turbo. Fonua Blake is too old for NYC. The way I see it we are short up front but strong elsewhere. Hoppa will push for a spot after ball is completed.

I think Pjayz was referring to Tom Trbojevic when mentioned Tom and first grade. For what it's worth I've seen Wright play. I think he definitely has the attacking tools to play NRL especially with a reduced interchange. Will obviously have aspects of the game to work on as you would expect, especially the defensive side of the game but I think he could be pressing for a first grade spot by the end of 2016. Definitely so if our other new options to partner Daly don't work as planned.
