How your club has recruited ahead of the 2019 season?
Salary ca(r)p with TPA is a farce. The salary cap was supposed to even out the playing field yet NRL allow teams to have TPA and this agreements favor teams like Roosters and one town teams such as Brisbane, Melbourne so it is not a fair system.
