We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. The MRC lay the charges, so it would be those 3.
Maybe the judiciary are legal types that are convened.
I never really thought about it, but its amazing that the MRC etc are not detailed on the NRL site.
I found the 3 names by reading the old news items regarding the rule changes.

Yeah I was thinking the same...perhaps the MRC decide the charge and punishment.
Of course, the NRL probly don't make it easy for us to know their identities, and just WHO to blame.
#Even SBW just suggested ( on FOX) JWH was fortunate ( even if tongue-in-cheek) and should've got 3 weeks , just as I initially thought, too.
