Re choc, I think in his early days choc’s forte was attack rather than defence, and Zac Fulton is already a demon tackler. He brought teddy down one on one twice (including in goal) and also tackled the much bigger JWH one on one.

I remember choc missing a few in the early days.

Yep, he went on report for the elbow (that's when the penalty was given) but I don't know if the previous palm was included.
