I know he is as guilty as but I am also sure he is not alone and I also don't think he is quite as smart as to be able to orchestrate the whole cheating thing alone. So will he cop all the blame or will he implicate the others involved. I heard rumours that our old fiend ribot was one of his co-conspirators, or will Wally blab and take anyone/everyone down with him. Or were others involved a little smarter (a-la belamy) and make sure there was no paperwork etc to implicate them.
