Our backrow is better now than it was then in my opinion. I also think what Paseka/Lodge showed this year is better than Taupau.

The big drop off is hooker and AFB, who is an elite front rower.

Penrith didn't make the finals that year, it would have been us against Canberra and the winner plays The Roosters in the GF. Would have been hard pressed against the Roosters, but Canberra was certainly doable.
