It's really the same punishment the Bulldogs received. Only difference is the time of year it happened. Dogs had accrued 37 points, had them all taken off them, played for points for the remainder of the year, but because it was late in the season there was no time left to make the finals. Parra are lucky that it's only round 10 and not 20.
The storm had titles stripped. The dogs didn't because they didn't win anything to have stripped. They did however win the comp 2 years later with the same roster who allegedly took pay cuts to get back under the cap and stay together. The storm and parra were/are not allowed to do this.

On the other hand, we only made the finals in 2010 because a team of cheats got busted and based on results to date there's every chance of history repeating this season (hopefully without the 28-0 submission in week 1 of the finals though).
