Yeah, I have to agree with you there BD. I don’t mind a funny sledge, but Walker’s is just aggro, chest-thumping crap - and he does it when he/the team haven’t earned the right to be lording it over anyone. Still haven’t forgotten him in a Souffs jersey giving Jamie Lyon the treatment (can’t stand Luke Keary for the same reason - they were both utterly disrespectful, arrogant little ****s to a guy who had well and truly earned a bit of respect).

I recall people getting excited when Walker scored his first try for Manly and did the whole chest-thumping, emblem-kissing routine for the cameras. I didn’t think it was anything but an up yours to Souffs at the time, and I haven’t changed my opinion.

The words that made Melbourne Storm's Curtis Scott go off on Dylan Walker.

Melbourne star Curtis Scott was sent off for a brutal punch on Manly's Dylan Walker, but it has been revealed the reason for Scott's ire following the game.

The Storm youngster became the first player sent off since 2015 after unleashing a flurry of punches that left Walker with a suspected cheekbone fracture.

Scott was sent off, while Walker and Manly’s Api Koroisau were both sin binned for their parts in the wild brawl that ensued.
He (Walker) was at Scott all game, telling him ‘You’ll never be anything, you’re a nothing
“He could see it got under Scott’s skin. Then he kept saying ‘Hit me, hit me’… so Scott did.”

Scott faces a two to three week ban for the brain snap, and Koroisau is also likely to be charged for punching.

Storm coach Craig Bellamy was philosophical about the incident.

And it would’ve been the qualifying final Souffs smashed us in a few weeks before they won the 2014 premiership. Not only did Dylan do his chest beating gorilla act screaming in Killer’s face, Keary also went for the head rub on him.

I’m sure if Curtis Scott and Dylan Walker ever end up in the same team they’ll enjoy a game of golf together too. Doesn’t mean neither of them were behaving like tools last night.

I don’t know what you’re flogging, but I wouldn’t be touching it with someone else’s 10-foot pole.

End of the day what happens on the field stays on the field. It’s a competitive sport. Origin was based on mate against mate. Look at burgess vs Graham.

Its a men's game. Dylan walker talked ****, got hit and took it like a man. Everybody needs to get over it. Who cares if he got under his skin? Its what happens in all sports, you try and mentally destroy your opposition. You do anything and everything you can to get over your opposition. Shock horror it worked!! Walker might have been coward punched in the face by an angry little smurf child but he won the real fight. It's a men's game, quit whinging about everything and just enjoy the spectacle that happened last night.

People don't like change, and Walkz is change. He is a part of the new breed we have at the club and brings a different style to everything. One of those is his American style swagger, confidence and arrogance and I love it! Awesome! He is a character and the team needs characters, to me he is very much like Matai. The arrogant confidence, niggle and fights. Just like Skivvi. Don't see people complaining about Matais approach because it is very similar to Dylans. Don't change Dylan, your at your best when your Walker not some sensible bitch! Show that passion and aggression!
