I don't think the NRL get much right but agreeing to sh1tcan Monday night football has been a great decision. No more 5 day turnarounds as a result.

It took far too long but credit where it is due.

I actually miss it. Used to be good having a game to look forward to after work on a Monday.
At first I thought it was a good decision to replace it with a Thursday game. But imo everything is too hectic at the end of the week and often don’t have time to watch the Thursday match.
Bring back Monday night games!!

There are still 5 day turnarounds. Canberra played us on the Saturday & then Canterbury 5 days later on the Thursday.

Agreed and that is why I don't like Thursday night football either. I can't see why the extra game can't be played on the weekend.

I hated Monday night games - it dragged the round out for too long.

I’m indifferent about Thursday night games. It feels like the weekend is starting early, but alas, I still have have to go to work the next day.

I used to enjoy Monday night games followed by the Martty Johns Show. I do miss that.

Although to be fair I haven't watched a lot of footy or footy related shows this year. In fact I don't think I have watched any non-Manly games. It's just not that interesting any more and there's too much bull****.

We play parra next Sunday then back up againts the knights 5 days later lol
