Who are the players with talent lets be honest here.

I know it's hard to see ANY right now mate, but early season and "moments" show talent...but talent without effort is a negative result
We'll win the 3 out of the first 4 games before certain "disruption" so must be a few right ?
I would say Haumole is up with the best forwards in the game
Tom T on reputation, but looks unconfident and slow...started season well and most judges would rate him quality
Koula is a gun and always dangerous
I rate Tommy Talau as our most "gutsy" player
The 7 DCE playing crap, but as Australian and Qld halfback must be ok, but right now just looks already out the building
Jake was....but atm, it's sad to watch the decline tbh

Has been that way for quite a while. Goes back to the 2021 season - just pass it to Tom. It all became too easy and infected the team mindset. They have zero appetite for the fight.

The rot started a few years before that unfortunately. Gifty going to south's was probably the moment for me.

There really is no hope for this group. I’ve been a defender of the Turbos but they were all crap tonight. They weeent alone. The only player that can sort of hold his head up was Koula. That’s it. Not one other one. Can we please clean out this fuken club and start on the road to being a real team. We’re at rock bottom tonight. Actually probably not. We’ve got the spoon coming.

No idea what has happened to this team since $CE made the announcement. Agree about Lehi! I think Koula, Talau, Garrick & Olakau’atu can hold their heads up also. Our forwards just lack any fire power apart from Olakau’atu. Without Paseka & Aloiai we seem gutless. Sipley started well when he came in & was not see on the field again! Waddell?? I’m not gonna say anything. How he gets into the 17 every week is bewildering. Most other teams are giving their younger forwards a go yet we don’t budge!

It won’t get us in the 8 but surely tonight gives the green light to try Tom at centre with Lehi ( an absolute star) at 1.
Tom’s injuries have brought him back to the field as an elite 1 but his size and footy nouse still make him a threat in the centres.

Garrick’s flat footed miss on Kelly a weekly reminder of why he is a winger.

Not often mentioned but Garricks capacity to miss pretty easy kicks out of the blue is getting more frequent.

A stronger management team should have stripped DCE of the captaincy, possibly negotiated his early release. Yep I blame them also. Your rot started with DCE.
