Exciting win. Crocker looked horrible from what i saw.

Crocker was not fancy but he was gutsy and We won the game through our resilience tonight

Not about being a doomsdayer, way too many predictable plays and not enough energy, we won a poor game doing the same predictable old school lethargic crap with a little more steal in defence on occasions.

I mean this is all true but jeez mate, we've had a rough trot.

Lets just enjoy the win tonight and analyse tomorrow

Happened right in front of all the manly supporters.

I will admit after watching all the bad performances that made up for it.

And I will admit I did shed a few tears after that.

I don't care how ugly we won, warriors had all the the running and that strong southerly, we had no right to win that.

That was worth the travel.

DCE and Foran looked predictable and lacking direct sharpness, Foran in the first half looked like he was struggling with the speed of the game at times, just looks like it is a tremendous effort to last the game more than anything.

The one out hit ups, Parker running the one out direct hard courageous lines to try and bring about a fast play the ball but teams are planning for it as an attacking defensive play and coming out of the line trying to force a dropped ball from Parker.

Opposition teams are coming out of the line on our predictable one out plays and second man plays not fearing a variation at all, there is plenty of opportunities for Manly to use our predictability to our advantage with subtle variation on our stock structures.

Its not like we are all on here celebrating like we are suddenly top 4 material , we aren’t.

2021 is about avoiding the spoon.

Gutsy. At last a bit of pride in the defence. How sad it is that Des will only change a team when there are injuries. Sirro off so Schuster gets a go and bingo. Suli off and Harper gets a go and bingo. Walker (unfortunate because he should be at centre) off and Funa gets a go and bingo. Shouldnt happen this way. I'm far from convinced by the selections, but certainly was encouraging tonight. And as expected DCE saved us...again

Parker offers little in attack but he was great in defence and gutsy taking it up. Well done Parks! Marty played well as did Alo. Keppie tried hard with one bad miss in defence. Our Colosus was Paseka! Wow just wow! Schuster is all class and works hard in defence. He is plenty tough. We were lucky the Warriors were a bit off tonight. A win is a win. Well done boys!

We know that it was an ugly win and there is still a lot of improvement needed. But how about just sitting back for 5 minutes and enjoying that we won before starting to stick the boot in.

I wasted 2 hours of my life watching a reserve grade team play with pride, lead by international halves playing in the same old manner from the distant past.

Some nice efforts in patches from the forwards, Schuster toughing it out also is nice to see.
