Broncos sack coach Kevin Walters just 12 months after reaching grand final
The Broncos held an end-of-season review and decided to terminate the contract of Walters effective immediately.

As big as their downfall was this year, can’t say I saw this coming, he kept talking in the last presser about doing reviews in the off season, I was expecting players to get the heat… but instead Reece Walsh and Ezra maam are in Bali. I think one of the only blokes who would be stoked about this is Mozer so he can finally have some hope of getting picked before the coaches son or ex coaches son should I say now…

If your club tells you they’re hiring TB as an assistant coach for next year, you best start clearing out your desk asap.

Thought they might of given him the first 5 games of next season to prove himself. But hey, he's no NRL coach, SOO coach is his go, just need to motivate them before and at half-time and a slap on the back When they made it to the GF it was Reynolds who was running the Broncs. I really doubt Kevvie will find a other suitor, he's just not that kind of coach.
Speaking about desks, Trent will want to have up market furniture befitting a coach of his stature.

For mine, Walters lost his dressing room, simple as that. He challenged his players with his "We will play Finals" statement after their Round 25 win over Parramatta ... and the very next week they responded by losing 6–40 to the Dolphins which ended all hopes of playing Finals.

Reckon he has the experience to go for a whole season? He showed good potential in origin, but could be a gamble, for the massive roster the Broncos have it’s hard to understand how the wheels fell off so hard
