AFL die-hards would disagree in my experience.

Brian Taylor is a main caller, and universally loathed, even by Pies fans,if the internet is any judge.

Plenty of push-back with Ben Cousins doing WA games.

Then there is some pin-neck, big eared, high pitched voice guy, whose name I don't know.... he's highly fkn annoying when I'm forced to sit through a quarter of the AFL by my beloved wife, who had the misfortune of being bred in Mexico.

It’s the tone he says everything in too; he speaks it like he is the only person to ever form a coherent thought about what’s happening in the game…like he has uncovered a mystery for his audience.
