Tom Wright again showing he didn’t have the head or the ticker to make it at NRL level
I find when my wife has PMS she looks for reasons to be upset until she finds them, then after the inevitable clash she apologises because she realises it was just the hormones...I had dinner with my wife - she got angry at me for something clearly of my own doing, though Im still not sure what. I prefer your dinner
We need a DCE Index like the DOW to plot the ST valuation minute by minuteAlso please note for any salary cap calcs that DCE's contract is game to game depending on how he plays according to silvertails.net
Based on your info, is Schuster basically guaranteed a spot in the top 30 for next year? You are right about this being very interesting...very interesting indeed considering:
Schuster had four clubs after him...but will stay.
Sione wasn’t even off contract
Barrett never tossed Wright up as a lock and Des never wanted to keep him. He got rid of Kelly to help get us under the cap.
Funa is also another of those players that get talked up unnecessarily on the forum: he was playing Union 7s and was lucky to get a deal at Manly as a gamble. He has never been a star at any level or any grade...he might turn out to be a solid footballer is all.
People would be lining up to short it...We need a DCE Index like the DOW to plot the ST valuation minute by minute
Yeah no doubt as usual player managers talking out of there arse to get maximum value. You are right about this being very interesting...very interesting indeed considering:

I thought Thommo had already re-signed for next year.Yeah no doubt as usual player managers talking out of there arse to get maximum value.
What's the latest on thommo and walker will they be retained ?
No doubt club keeps turbo and jake before anything else.
Exactly its not like we are paying the T bros peanuts this year and next. Their upgrades will hardly break the bank. Im sure we will be able to retain everyone we want and if a player was to leave then we would be signing an equal replacement anyway. Squad looks strong for the next several yearsOn this point, that gives a fair bit of extra coin -
Maybe not exact but working out the extra money 2020...
Api - $400,000
Perrett - $300,000 -
Hogko - $300,000
Elgey $250,000
Salary Cap - $350,000 + $200,000 increase for 2020
That's 1.75 million (approx)
Tom and Jake go to 1 million and $900,000 respectively already in 2020, so how much more will they climb ??
I find when my wife has PMS she looks for reasons to be upset until she finds them, then after the inevitable clash she apologises because she realises it was just the hormones...
Here we go again.....let’s get rid of this player & that player & let’s sign this player & that player. Perhaps the Trbos could take less money to stay so we can keep all our players including Walker. We could save a $hitload of money & sign quite a few good players with the money on offer for the brothers! Perhaps we should let them go? Go after Papenhuyzen who we’d get for half of what Tom is asking.......just sayin’
Yeah i was same too smh reported a new deal. But fox sports shows him as unsigned for next seasonI thought Thommo had already re-signed for next year.
THommo on one year deal and Walker to stay. Lloyd Perrett will more than likely go and he was on more than he should have been.Yeah no doubt as usual player managers talking out of there arse to get maximum value.

Maybe dez is looking at making a play for Tyson (who apparently wants a team and coach to take his game to another level?)
Simon my post is tongue in cheek .....got attention though!So........you're suggesting we are better off letting Jake and Tom go ?
I'm guessing you're not going to find too many that agree with you if that's your stance.
They've already stated they'll take less to stay. But you can't offer them 300K each and expect that to be ok. Let Walker go if we have to but Jake and Tom must stay.
They're just too important to this side to be let go.
Cheers snake for info. Parker agree he somewhat under pressure. Well have hopoate hopefully fit also.THommo on one year deal and Walker to stay. Lloyd Perrett will more than likely go and he was on more than he should have been.
We will have almost an identical team next year. Musgrove coming as a centre not a winger though...Parker will have his work cut out.
