Funa is also another of those players that get talked up unnecessarily on the forum: he was playing Union 7s and was lucky to get a deal at Manly as a gamble. He has never been a star at any level or any grade...he might turn out to be a solid footballer is all.

Ben turbo is a gun from the games I watched him play, big unit, big motor and just a real footy player. Reminds me of a combination of jake and tom. He is talk like tom but will fill out more and knows how to get the ball over the line, but he is like jake that he competes for every play and works hard on the field ie Will be there in a covering tackle on out line, then wants to do first hit up on next play

That's 1.75 million (approx)

Tom and Jake go to 1 million and $900,000 respectively already in 2020, so how much more will they climb ??

Exactly its not like we are paying the T bros peanuts this year and next. Their upgrades will hardly break the bank. Im sure we will be able to retain everyone we want and if a player was to leave then we would be signing an equal replacement anyway. Squad looks strong for the next several years

We will have almost an identical team next year. Musgrove coming as a centre not a winger though...Parker will have his work cut out.

They've already stated they'll take less to stay. But you can't offer them 300K each and expect that to be ok. Let Walker go if we have to but Jake and Tom must stay.

They're just too important to this side to be let go.
