I might just add here, the for and against for Manly vs Dogs in 2022.

For 192 vs 96.
Against 230 vs 221

This is more than a little scary.

Maybe we could reappoint him as our defensive coach.

No doubt he is as awful coach. If you watch any bulldogs game it is crystal clear to see that Pangai Jr, Okenbore, and Dufty are playing for pay checks and have no passion for the club, something that is Trent’s responsibility to create or you sack them first.

Barrett to me is just SOOOOO soft. I don't know how he has been at the Dogs, but to me he just came out with excuse after excuse when he was our coach......and if you keep giving your players an out....they will take out (at least the weak ones).

Alan Thomson wasn’t much better at 41% whereas Peter Sharp had 47%, including Northern Eagles, however, his last year at Manly was a shocker, with 17%.

Trent will definitely get a gig as an Assistant Coach somewhere, as he is proven in this role with his attack strategies, and he quite innovative apparently and we saw glimpses of this at Manly. He just doesn’t need to focus on defence, as clearly he has no bloody idea,and nor does he know how to motivate people.

However, I wouldn’t mind him back at Manly to help the attack, as long as he brings his garden furniture with him. 😀😀
