Ralphie
Bencher
That's a fair bit of cheating too. That’s a fair effort.

Don’t worry Ralphie, we all hate Melbourne mate, but it’s still an impressive set of stats, even with their cheatingThat's a fair bit of cheating too.
At this point in time, I cant argue with that.Putting injuries to one side and assessing our best fullbacks on all round performance. I have been fortunate enough to have watched all three of my favorite 3 Manly fullbacks play ( it comes with being old). I agree that whilst Tom's attack can be sublime his last line of defence is not reliable and Wombat was very reliable and Brett Stewart defended well above his weight. I thought Tommy was going to be our best however at this point of his career I have him at number 3. Tom is unfortunate that he has not played in an era when Manly dominated.
1, Grahame Eadie
2. Brett Stewart
3. Turbo
Just play him. Blow the Turbo. Let's get it over and done with now so we can develop Lehi as a fullback. It's inevitable he'll do it again. Time to consider medical retirement because this is killing the club.
I agree.Personally I feel this is melodramatic.
Record memberships, sellouts weekly, a squad most good judges consider a serious top 4 contender. Hardly a club being killed.
As it stands Tom has missed 10-15 minutes and may miss one game.
If Turbo plays say...18 games a year he is still worth it he is that influential.
Lets not throw the baby out with the bathwater.
The 9 day turnaround is in his favour tho. But you're probably right, best not to tempt fate.He won’t play , I’d say thats a guarantee
Different era but I still think Churchill was a superior all round footballer than SlaterIt’s argued by plenty that Slater is the greatest fullback of all time. He was a major contributor to the Storms success.
These "good judges" have us as top 4 contenders on one condition - a fit Turbo! Before the season started, the flattering predictions were based almost purely on his pre-season fitness lolPersonally I feel this is melodramatic.

I'd even put Matthew Ridge above Turbo.Putting injuries to one side and assessing our best fullbacks on all round performance. He couldn't finish 2 games! A fullback that is in and out of a team provides no stability. I admire your optimism, but the fact is Tom's hammies are gonski
Also, who carea about good marketing if your team never reaches its potential?
Please god ,I hope Levi hasn't returned !Its only round 3 so no need to risk him if hes not 100 percent. Young Levi will do a fantastic job at full back!
