Trump

Just going of the vote, all of the Teal seats were close contests. We'll see how they go next time.
Not really when you look at the two party preferred count (which is the key)

Take Zali Steggaal for Warringah here Warringah, NSW - AEC Tally Room

We are talking about 25k votes when there are only 110k in the district. Now granted stranger things have happened but with the preference flows that are there at the moment I think we are a couple of elections away from seeing that happen

Another example is Scamps for Mackellar here Mackellar, NSW - AEC Tally Room

Both of these were former blue ribbon LNP seats

Zali and Allegra should hold. Their seats aren't even notional Liberal seats anymore; Labor recorded 2PP majorities in both seats.

Scamps and Chaney are on thinner margins, but will most likely hold.

Monique Ryan will be in trouble in 2028, especially if the Liberals name a strong, non-controversial candidate.

Too early to tell with Nicolette Boele, especially with this court challenge happening.

Isn't Steggal an Independent, not a Teal.

Teals are not a formal group or party, they are independents. Mostly women concerned with climate change and integrity in government, and most were elected in seats traditionally held by male Liberals.
Zali is generally included among the Teals

Trump looks like he's had a stroke.
