If you want a BJJ joke a better one would have been that judging from our record last year, we had clearly been working on our chokes.

Personally I think the BJJ training was a bit flash in the pan. They would have been better getting a grappling coach in because they were focusing on the take down part of it, which wrestlers do better.
But if they wanted to get ahead of the curve they'd pinch a page out of McGregors book and start doing movement training like he does with Ido Portal. Big guys that were very fluid movers that could get tackled and be up again very quickly would be of way more use than a 5/8 than knows how to arm bar...

Sounds like they succeeded in moving a lot of fluids at the camp.
