1st coach sacked ?

I love Des . At his Pinnacle Peak he had done wonders .
Including his wonders as a Manly Premiership Winning player and Coach
He also still holds that 40 to Nil Win . The Mother of All Premiership Winning Margins
Des Has a Titans Team that is capable but under Des they are absolutely horrible
Des has gone from 1st coach to be sough after to first coach to be sacked
I feel very sad posting this but it is what it is feathered friend

I'm pretty confident to put a line through the Titans for 2025 already.

That was as poor as you could imagine in that first half especially. Foran looked as poor as I've ever seen him, even through the dark days.

Historically, Dessy's teams have not started the season well.
Add that to the mix, and it doesn't bode well imo.

Doubt that is correct.

I think most of them got some game time in the scrimmage they had with the Dragons.

I'm sure I heard a radio interview where Seibold said he wasn't going to use any of the established players in this year's trials: no Turbo, Turbo, DCE, etc. Sounded like he wanted to give younger players a shot.

Ok well I'm convinced that our reserves are pretty much the low end of NSW Qld cup standard. Watching the Dragons carving up the bunnies and last night's effort , we look slow, unfit and poor commitment. Expect Manly NSW cup to be bottom 4 of table and if we get injuries to our top 20 then God help us.

Because we tried to turn him into a #9 while backing Arthur who couldn't cut it at bottom table Parra with his old man in charge. Special kind of dumb we are.

I’m equally annoyed about him leaving but this narrative around “letting him go” is made up. He chose to leave because he thought there was more opportunity to play first grade at Souths.

It’s a shame because he is a ready made DCE replacement

Actually he played that game against NC then I think we let him sign with Souffs and then out of spite we didint play him at all in that game where we had no 1/2s of course we lost ,and of course that also contributed to us not making the top 4 ,,nice

Correct. That to me is much more concerning than trying to manufacture him into a 9, or not getting rid of DCE.

We played Tommy Talau at 6, Brooks at 7. Humphries in Reggie's....purely out of spite.....and got our arses unsurprisingly handed to us.

I hope Siebold saw that as a mistake and learns from it. We did still come 7th I suppose, so I can't complain.

It does worry me Ennis is now selling our junior players assets and attributes to opposition coaches and teams, only 12 months from having Flannagan doing the same.

Can't believe we let him go! Even mick ennis talked him up and gave him a wrap to Wayne bennett. Ennis is the hooker coach for manly .
