Been thinking a lot about this thread.
For me, I think it's less about wins and losses, but more about development and growth of your players.
If they get this right, win or lose in that grade to me is kind of irrelevant.
That being said, if a losing culture becomes engrained in an athlete's mentality, that's not great either.
I DO think Ballin would have the people skills, knowledge and ability to be a people manager, and to help his chargers develop.
He'll be okay guys. Remember, development, and not wins and losses at that level is probably paramount.
