Tommy T Injured - usa bound

He's a million dollar (plus) player, so pressure comes with the territory.
Keep doing exactly what we're doing, his presence on the field is always an advantage for Manly and his running will probably improve over time. He doesn't just have to get used to a new running style (or so we are told), he has to get used to using it in actual game conditions. Only one way to do that.
So just keep on doing the same thing hoping it will get better?

You might be right. But it doesn't really seem to be working at the moment.

Beach Boys song Tribute to Tommy ....

Tommys has done another Injury

Tom Trbojevic ‘TURBO’ Manly Sea Eagles Mini Wings UNFRAMED – Wicked ...

Yes, I agree. Turbo should be rested this week so that he is as fit as possible for the Broncos clash. Hopefully, Koula is back by then and Fainu is established as the bench backrower. To counter the Broncos' fast paced game, we need more mobility and less bash & barge in the forwards (IMO).
Nope , play him this week as we Must beat the tits. Even with Tommy we are no chance against "magic broncos " round so don't play him.

A limping Tommy wont lift the team
If he is not 100% fit let him rest and recover

I guess Turbo will be busy reconditioning with Schu

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles full-back Tom Trbojevic has been ruled out of tomorrow night's match against the Gold Coast Titans at 4 Pines Park.

Trbojevic underwent a final fitness test at training this morning but the club decided to take a conservative approach to ensure the brilliant full-back is back next week to take on the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium in Magic Round.

Exciting youngster Kaeo Weekes, who has nine NRL games behind him, replaces Trbojevic at full-back.

Scans on Monday revealed Trbojevic had suffered a minor adductor injury in the win over Wests Tigers at Campbelltown last Sunday.

OHHHH FFS !!!!

I gotta say, if Turbo plays a single Origin game I'll be furious.

This year, I think he owes the Club.
Unless his fitness & form improve, he may not be selected for Game One. If he is selected, it will be because he because he is back in top form - a plus for Sea Eagles fans.

Morally, I really think he owes it to Manly to decline.
In the context of my post, I initially misunderstood 'decline' as declining in form so that he isn't selected 🙂

As always, these things are out of hands. I heard Seibold say that he will support Turbo if he is selected for Origin (as Des did). Thus far (touch wood), he hasn't been injured during his Origin appearances and these haven't had a negative effect on our seasons.

IMO, Turbo has fallen behind in the fullback stakes. Mitchell is currently a more influential player.

Hard to imagine they won't keep Teddy at fullback with Latrell and Campbell Graham in the centres.

Of course, Tedesco will be selected as fullback with Mitchell & one other as centres.

My comment was that Mitchell is currently a more influential fullback than Turbo.
