Jeez... that salary list was sobering. I really thought we had more to spend.

Tom and Jake contracts are killing us. Were not really getting value accross the park though. Paseka has been a massive loss and even with him we seem like a prop short. TKO and paseka may be the combo we've been missing but the rotation is still short. Lodge and Jake are depth at best and cant hold the momentum.

We desperately need a prop and a hooker.

Mate I wouldn’t take too much out of the alleged contract values being bandied around. No one is privy to what the players are earning…not the media nor us supporters. None of us know what our salary cap position is other than the club & NRL.

Thoughts on Soni Luke as a back up hooker - released from Panthers. Was highly thought of a couple of years back

He’ll be 30 next season. Pass for me.

Geez I hope we are working on a way to jettison croker and Saab

I would rather play fualalo and Wilson than Saab and definitely would’ve kept Talau over him too

I don’t know what we can do about Jake, he doesn’t deserve what should probably happen but the club needs more than he has got to give. He would be overpaid if he was on half of what he is.

The remaining spots seem vital this transition year. Some of the old may be too old. Some of the young end up just not ready.

What's our style. Will we have the ability to play more than one.

I'm not expecting big dollar signings. But ever spot matters.

Good NRL experience, and with GCKT gone we could definitely use more cover at hooker.

I'd take Mason Teague, he's a Panthers local junior and apparently they want him back.
Only 22 and can play Hooker and SR.
He can find the try line from a few metres out.
He's like a young Karl Lawton.
