I was at the game. Not sure if you could tell on TV but it was the worst conditions I have ever seen at a match ive attended. Made our game look like it was played on a beautifully sunny Brooky arvo.Gold Coast lost both halves( one just before kick off and one fifteen minutes in ) and there was absolutely no organisation in the backline. Were plenty of blokes missing tackles and dropping balls believe me.
If you are going to give it to him then there are half a dozen blokes who went just as bad in the maroon and white team you rate so highly in far better conditions on Saturday believe me.
Wait for a slightly drier track to finally put the falk in him Bozo.He was no better or worse than plenty out there.
The conditions were absolutely ridiculous. Only the great playing surface at Robina made it possible to even play the game at all. Would have been called off at plenty of other grounds.
