Take the pressure right off them..
Tell them you have 4 weeks.. have a dig and enjoy the experience, you won't get dropped, its all about experience, Give them a leg up and the confidence to know they can make mistakes and who cares.

But i would be blooding these young guys now, just to experience NRL and what it takes and then take that mindset and experience into the Pre Season.

It’s a no brainer. I wouldn’t blood them all at once, but 2-3 each week would be fine. Losing is much easier to take when you see that it is part of planning for the future.

If you think running a team of 17 and 18 year olds to get flogged every week to end the season is a good thing for their development or the club you’ve got rocks in your head.

No one is advocating for a team of 17 or 18 year olds... I see a list of maybe 4 or 5 guys that could really benefit from a head start, possibly in rotating weeks
