Agree 100%. Des ain't the man to win us a premiership. He say's he isn't a full time coach so why not get us one?

Buy John Lang and win a premiership. Toovs could go to assistant and learn alot form the veteran.
Or maybe keep Des as the assistant for Fitness coach , but mentally and strategiclally Lang is the man.
