When you watch Parker’s 1st try and Garrick’s try over and over on fox you see how well constructed they were, thing that impressed me most was our bodies in motion, we had good decoy runners in motion on both those tries, work off the ball played a huge roll in both those tries.
Parker’s first try, Paseka runs at the defence first off the ruck, Marty does the same second off, then Keppie, each decoy engaged the defence and held the middle up momentarily, slowing their slide and creating space on the edge, the rest was silky.
Garricks try was magic again, sippers runs first decoy back towards the middle with intent, that held their slide up again, then keppie runs one off, then Lawton, Parker run inside, outside decoys beautifully either side of shoe who again played it perfectly, silky ball to Tom who catches and passes in one motion, beautiful to watch.
The common theme bodies in motion, balls out the back, Jake to shoe to Turbo, nice!
