The Sea Eagles’ blueprint badly exposed the Eels... and re-opened painful wounds

Sorry Al, a bit vague this morning. I meant that whoever is our attacking coach would be hailed (unless it's Steve Hayles then Hayled! Stop it BE, just stop it!!) as the next Trent Barrett - the super attacking assistant coach. Barrett himself will never change.
As long as there were no Hail Marys involved [ just joking ] but hey that 's good , all hail to you

The only thing I will add and I said this in the game day thread (in response to another comment about it) ... playing on the left, Brad Parker needs to learn how to carry the ball in his left hand and how to fend with his right. The way he carried the ball under his right arm shows he's a more natural right centre with a natural left hand fend.

I have known centres to prefer the side that they feel more comfortable passing and setting up their winger, over the side they carry the ball in .... most right handed people feel their passing to the left is stronger and more accurate, and therefore prefer playing on the left side ... and you can change the arm carrying the ball mid stride but you can't change the side you feel better at passing too ... having said that a good player can make more than just a fist at both sides ..

And of course there are some players that just don't have a fend ..at all ..

In Brads defence, he was carrying the ball in both hands as he run towards the defensive line to dummy to Garrick, then basically crashes over the line straight after, but yes tucked the ball under his right. Cant say I’ve really noticed him using a fend as his usually just smashing himself straight into the defensive line taking hit ups, it’s nice to see him getting some ball in some space with Shoe and Tom providing some nice service, keen to see more.
