Composer Eric Serra revealed that it was impossible to hit some of the notes in the song because a human voice couldn’t change so quickly between them. To record the track for the film, Mula ( the singer) had to sing the notes individually so that they could be combined digitally.

I remember reading that when The Moving Sidewalks supported Jimi Hendrix on tour they only had a few songs of their own so they played Hendrix tracks to fill their set. Later Hendrix would come out and play them again. He didn't seem to mind though as he gave Billy Gibbons one of his guitars.

Yeah they supported Eric Burdon, then Hendrix, the The Stones ... not bad artists to support
