If the fans are engaged, they are doing something right on their platforms, as engagement is the key element to success (or failure) of social media posting, both natively and paid.The club is doing some great stuff on socials which is critical to any brand (their work on tik tok is really top notch)
It is the lack of an integrated strategy that is the problem
