Sounds so simple yet so true.
But the 'psychological' aspect of fitness must play a huge part. I suspect if you took simple measurements of time trials, weights lifted, endurance etc then at least all the leading clubs, if not all NRL clubs, would be within a ball park for fitness. I think Seibold is doing his best to address the psychological aspect through all the focus on connection within the squad and tweaking mindset.
Barring injury catastrophe I'm expecting* Manly to surge into the top 4 this year!
