Trust me, I'm feeling just as f***king awesome after that second half turnaround. Being critical of previous weeks or the first half didn't take away any of the joy from that win for me.It feels good when the team has a great win today and you know that you backed them all week and stuck solid. Feels ****ing awesome!
Petulance: the quality of being childishly sulky or bad-tempered.
I think you've just reiterated the original sentiment of my post; thanks!
The bigger the better.I like knockers.
Oh FFS! Get over yourself. What is it with people who feel the need to come out and attack fellow supporters with the same old self-righteous tripe!
Yes, there was plenty of criticism through that first half and bloody rightfully so. If Manly hadn't turned that second half around you would not be here on your pious soap box, lauding yourself on the back of putting down others.
How, oh how, can I be such a righteous loyal "true fan" like yourself. Where do I sign up for this extreme religious group that silences any internal criticism or questions? Do we get to self-flagellate daily?
I wouldn't say the second half was a great performance either.
I agree that the Roosters poor execution was a key aspect of us getting up. Our effort and hustle in the second half was important to take advantage of that (and also was partly responsible for the the Rooster's performance too). Chicken or the egg.I tended to think that as well. It seemed like the Roosters cut us up at will but their execution was very, very poor. It seemed like they went the length of the field each set of six. We dodged a bullet today but I will take the two! I'm glad it wasn't just me!
It's childish maybe to rub it in, but I am definitely not sulking right now and certainly not bad tempered, so can we go with one of the three? I am smiling from ear to ear!You seem to have two out of the three as well...
There's a thing called emotional intelligence though and sometimes you have to exercise it or you just sound foolish and stupid. I don't know you personally so I am not having a go at you specifically, but just the same as it's fun to rub it into opposition supporters when we win, it's fun to laugh it up at all the naysayers who deride their own heroes as soon as something doesn't go to script.Trust me, I'm feeling just as f***king awesome after that second half turnaround. Being critical of previous weeks or the first half didn't take away any of the joy from that win for me.
Fans go to games, or watch them on TV, and it's one big emotional rollercoaster. That's one of the joys of following a team. I expect fans to vent and go off during games. I have less time for people who come in after the heat of the moment, and with hindsight, to chastise those who were riding the emotional rollercoaster.
Their. If the team isn't upto scratch we as fans have a right to comment. Our criticism of Kelly has been justified and Barrett has answered our call.. I gave it to uate and walker in the 1st and rightly so wtf were they doing back peddling giving them all the space.. see walker jam in in the 2nd. I call it as I see it if they are playing like ass I will call them out.. If they are costing us the game I'll do the same we all have passion and our goal is the same.
on another note.. LEWIS BROWN SCORED HAHAHA THAT TRY BROKE THERE BACKS LOL let's put him on a 5 year contract haha
Topped the tackle count and Barrett singled him out in the press conference. And then there's your opinion.Still think Lane is not up to first grade standard. we are a better team without him.

But I should stipulate that I'm taking the p1ss and you are entitled to your view. Lest I be vilified as a left wing religious extremist and have to deflect a barrage of arrows directed at my perceived hypocrisy.Still think Lane is not up to first grade standard. we are a better team without him.

I think he topped the tackle count and had some outstanding moments defensively. That effort to hold up Manu while Aku drove him back in goal was huge. Thought overall he was very good today and he bounced back very well after a shaky start.
