Mate, the clubs taken some pretty big steps to give him the team he wants next season. We have to at least give him until end 2024 before we think about re-assessing.
Think about it like this. In the past 6-7 years, we've had Michael Monaghan, Chad Randall, John Cartwright, Trent Barrett, Des Hasler, Shane Flannagan, Geoff Toovey, Anthony Siebold, Jim Dymock, Steven Hales etc etc etc (take your pick - all different types, flavours, experiences, cultures, strategies), and none of them have consistently aided us in being successful.
So where do you draw the line here? Can't keep sacking them.
It's the playing roster / the culture here. And that's being changed. Therefore, you have to stick with what you have in coaching now for a while, give the reins to them, and let them steer the ship.
