I think that loss will steal this team more than a win ever could. As mentioned they looked gutted. Bigger and better things to come. We will of course have our bad days where we get a towling but after that game we will not be Wooden spooners that's for sure. There is real heart and steel building in this team.

I wouldn't know who to drop when Tom and AFB come back, it seems we have a good strong roster, Boyle will develop into a monster and the other new boys are proving their worth.
I am loving this team.

I think it's pretty clear that win, lose or draw, Des has certainly instilled a hard edge to the team. The Manly is back.

I didnt see too many laughs and backslapping with opposition players after we lost. They fought hard until the end, same as the whole season thus far.

These are obvious changes to the mindset of the players, when compared to last season.

This side has tenacity, structure and belief in their structure. Their defence has been heroic and to only concede one try in the first half was amazing. These boys look and play like a team that believe in there leaders and each other. This could be the dawn of a new era I hope.

My missus force feeding me coffee tequila shots. I blame her! Haha. She even wanted to get lucky, but I told her I wanted to keep playing my arcade machine. I was high scoring in Galaga.

Oh yeah. I cried two days ago mate. When Avs beat Calgary in 5 games in the first round of the playoffs . Soooo darned good.

Honestly, even Parker. If he keeps this trajectory, how do you drop him for anyone ? If Walker is available in 4 week's (court case permitting), and I'm suggesting he could considering he's still training, and socialising with all the boys.

Makar is gold. Just gold. But our Defense is so balanced and strong. No idea who they bench when Girard gets healthy. Either Nemeth or Makar, but you just can't. And I don't like icing 7D.

Good to see Rants, Landy and Mack all clicking at the same time, but more importantly, secondary scoring coming good.
