Argh, that bloody feeling after a loss. We all know it too well but to sit their and watch as last place runs over the line time and time again just rubs it in.

I got the impression that the bye didn't help a bit. And the media coverage got to the boys heads. It appeared that each bloke was waiting for someone else to do something special.

BUT, what can we say about watmough. He is on fire this season and our stand out last night for sure.

Watmough went OK but I thought our best was Kite by a fair margin.

I agree Kite was our best and it was good to see. Matai was solid again but we just seemed flat.

Given the loss we may slip back out of the media's sight and just focus on footy. I believe we needed this loss as it will test our character, something that is better done early in the season rather than latter.

Experience of Kennedy and the other seniors will have to show through.
