Need a game controlling half_ let Green go.
Need a half who can play_ let Hastings go.
Need a starting prop_ Let Darcy go.
We can blame the team all we like ,but this is a management issue through and through.
There is a management TEAM in place who should be assisting a somewhat new and inexperienced coach.
I don' want to go on about Green ,but we had him on the books for another year ,he did a good job last year .He never should of been let go unless we had another half signed ,sealed and delivered.We are told footy is big business these days ,big business doesn't make these c0ck ups.You tell him he is contracted out ,if you don't turn up we will sue you and if you don't give 100% no one else will want to sign you.(I bet with an established ,competent and professional management team in place ,Green probably doesn't even try pulling that sh1t).
AFB and Kapow ,both impact players ,we are lacking starting props ,we let Lussick go .Obviously we don' know full story ,but we never do .Our upper management has been running with the ole smoke and mirrors style for years now.
If you can't beat them with brilliance ,dazzle them with bullsh1t mantra.Feels like there is more guess work with this club than others ,but who knows - maybe all fans feel this way.I wouldn't know.Cry over.
