Time to reunite Schuster and Burbo - they killed it as a duo in the lower grades.

This could just be the 2nd BEST weekend. Almost 3 Turbos, Harper Goooonnnne. Even if Shuster came back, Walker will be out, so Ben will stay on bench. If Shuster doesn't play, I reckon Des will put Taufua as the running middle forward... no mail, just a feeling....this is his strength.

A traditional bench (with is what Des has gone with). 3 forwards and a utility. I'd possibly swap Parker out with Walker, and put Croker in at 14. Poor old Lawton is getting flogged as an edge forward (love to see him play at 9 an entire game).

Harper could be the spark we need on the bench to fill in for Walker. 🙂 Its Gunna be Great.

We've got a few options there with the forwards I suppose. Des had a habit of starting Keppie on an edge at times last year when second rowers were lean on numbers, and also at lock when Jake was out. So you could send Keppie to edge, bench Bully to play middle and start Sippers.

I like that Schuster is in squad - he has to be a big chance of being a late inclusion you would think - especially if Walker no good. Drop Lawton back to utility role and start Shoe. If Shoe is fit enough to get through 50 or 60 minutes then I'd be more confident with our chances.

Nobody has given a thought to the injury Sandwich is carrying. He wasn't 100% in the Sharks match and was lucky to see out the 80 minutes.
Statistically, he is our most valuable player. Here's hoping he has recovered from the injury.

The big thing in our favour is the 8 day turn around - which might help with those niggles. Walker has gone down every game this year hasn't he ?? Keeps backing up the next week no matter how busted he looks. I think Garrick will be Ok too. If you can finish a game then that is generally a good sign it isn't too serious.
